Service Description

Sometimes you might prefer to join your yoga class online - whether for convenience or health reasons. The online yoga experience, using Zoom or YouTube live, can be really fun and effective, and you still have live tuition from me. I use creative teaching methods to create as much of a 'real' feel as possible. Choose a one-off class or a package as you book.
