Sometimes you might prefer to join your yoga class online - whether for convenience or health reasons. The online yoga experience, using Zoom or YouTube live, can be really fun and effective, and you still have live tuition from me. I use creative teaching methods to create as much of a 'real' and 'community' feel as possible. *Please note: Below are the styles taught in each class every week* Monday class: Vinyasa Wednesday class: Hatha Friday class: Power Sunday class: Restorative Choose a one-off class or a monthly subscription as you book.
